• Client timesheet
• Payroll deduction register (as required)

On a quarterly basis, we will prepare:

• 941 quarterly return
• State unemployment return
• Local tax requirements (as required)

On an annual basis, we will prepare:

• Employer federal and state W-2's
• W-3 recap of federal withholding
• Employee W-2's
